"The owner was VERY helpful with directions on getting into the property. The listing was detailed on what was there at the property. Pictures didn’t do it justice because it was much more nicer than what the pictures can show. The owner was prompt at answering any questions we would have before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this place to stay at. It’s a nice cozy cabin secluded from everyone. Has everything you need for your stay during anytime of the year. If you’re an atv enthusiast it’s the perfect spot to travel from."

"House was great! Good communication and fast response! We had a 24ft trailer and that was a bit of a pain to get in and out but it worked and we had a great time! Was able to ride H&M and Spearhead!"

"Read the description for the property before your stay. This is the perfect rustic mountain farmhouse! Very clean inside. As it states it does have well water which can have a smell to it but did not affect our stay. We enjoyed watching several deer in the AM and PM from the porches/windows. They come up very close to the property line. We also enjoyed a groundhog that liked to visit in the field. Hummingbirds were seen multiple times on the back porch as well. This is a newer property listing so it was obvious they are making/have made many recent upgrades to the property. Some of which take time to heal from. Which is understandable and to be expected. (Grass/dirt from digging/installs) Overall we loved the property and would stay again! Only problem we had was not staying a little longer! Very peaceful! Our dogs also enjoyed the stay! Large enough to have their crates inside and not compromise on space!"

"I’ve never witnessed a hotel in such disgusting disrepair. I’m honestly almost speechless at the state off the room and property. Pillows had mold growing in them, bathroom was filthy, the sheets had old stains (possibly blood?), the list goes on and on. Do. Not.Stay.Here."
