    The Space:

    Perched on a private 17-acre mountaintop in the Black Hills National Forest near Keystone, Black Hills Mountain Lodge serves up unmatched views of Mount Rushmore, Black Elk Peak, and the Badlands. This romantic, luxury 2-bedroom retreat pairs rustic charm with modern elegance: an open floor plan with expansive windows, premium bedding, mini-split AC, motorized blinds, and a stainless kitchen with a sliding window that opens to the patio and hot tub.



    Relax around the propane fire table, soak in the south-facing hot tub, and watch sunrises, storms, and star-filled skies. The upstairs Presidential Suite opens to a private deck framing Mount Rushmore, and a dedicated theater room with reclining seats and an arcade game rounds out the fun.



    Minutes from Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, and Pactola Lake, it's a truly unforgettable, secluded Black Hills haven (max 5 guests; no pets).

Visit BHML.printify.me. -During months where snow is on the ground, we strongly recommend only 4 wheel drive vehicles. One mile driveway does not get plowed each time, after snow fall. Please be aware that the snow does get high during these months. -No events/parties Allowed. Registered Guests Only. -You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. -The Wood Stove is NOT for guest use. -Ample parking for 4+ vehicles. -Private well with filtered softened water -Private Septic System -Private Combo Washer/Dryer Unit. Guests limited to 2 loads of laundry per 3 day stay as we are on a very small and sensitive septic system. -No fires or any kind are allowed except for the gas grill and propane Fire Table. -Access to the Retreat is on a maintained US Forest Service gravel road with limited pullovers. This public road is a one lane road with 2 way traffic. However, there is very little public use of this road as it has no outlet and public access ends at our property line. -The Black Hills National Forest allows hunting in season and target shooting anytime of year, anywhere in the National Forest. Guests may hear occasional gunfire off in the distance. - The BH National Forest leases land for free-ranging cattle. You may see and/or hear cattle
