"Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. The cottage was comfy (3 adults and 1 dog) and had everything we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed all the extra amenities provided throughout the cottage and property. "We stayed for 4 weeks with our small dog and very much enjoyed access to the outdoors and easy access to St. Augustine. The location is convenient and quiet. Alton was helpful and friendly. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this cottage in the pines (the azaleas are beautiful too 😊)!"

We had a friend’s wedding at La Venture Grove, which is just a few minutes away, so this was the perfect spot. We also went to check out St. Augustine for the day, which was close by and had tons of shops and restaurants. Very cool. We’d stay here again!"
