The location is perfect, close enough to walk anywhere and just far enough (1 to 2 blocks from Duval) without hearing loud music until 4am. Within walking distance to most attractions. Houses are well maintained. The only negative thing I have to say is if you plan on doing much cooking, there’s not much in the way of cooking utensils, pans, bowls, etc. if you don’t want to cook, then this is the place for you. This house was great for our group of 10\. Plenty of space, very clean, pool towels provided. Everything you need is there for you. The location couldn’t be any better. Location close to everything. No on-site driveway or parking space at either house. Had to unload and load car across the street at funeral home. A big part of one's experience is the facility you stay in and the firm that you partner up with in booking. We found Last Key Realty to excel in both areas. First impressions of your experience always starts with your first interaction with the company you have chosen. We truly hit the jackpot with Shel as our property manager. Each time we tried to contact him, almost immediate response with the information we needed. He stopped by to meet our group and was very helpful while there with some pointers on how to navigate the area. We chose the Lime and The Coconut properties which appeared to be recently updated with nice appliances, floors, showers etc. and was well maintained to say the least. The facilities were very clean which is always important especially during COVID. The location of these 2 homes couldn't have been better. In the end, I give Last Key Realty 5 BIG Stars in both service and condition of the properties. ##### Edwin H. The location is great! The houses are nice! The only thing I’d say is the pools are very small but we still enjoyed them and some of the beds were very squeaky.
