The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. Downstairs in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with A/C and ceiling fans. CATV, DVD, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is 1/2 a block away All the amenities of a luxury property are included: A fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to cook, prepare, and serve a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers from our incredible restaurants located in the surrounding area. There are 2 gas BBQ grills, coin-op washer/dryers and on-street parking. Sit on your covered porch with swing overlooking the lush gardens which is perfect for a romantic evening or a great place just to mingle with other Key West visitors. One half block from the famous Duval St, just a short walk to the infamous night-life or several blocks away is the free South Beach with ocean swimming and restaurant. If you prefer a pool, just a short bike ride away is Dante’s Pool & Raw Bar. Located on the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor. Open to the public (children and pets welcome) with a full bar and grill. Amenities: CATV, A/C, clock radio, CD player, full bath (all linens & beach towels, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Lovely small units (perfect for this couple) in a quiet, lush and gorgeously maintained property. The units are older but clean and we loved sitting on the porch after a long day of touristing all things Key West! We were within walking distance of everything and had so much fun, and coming back to the peaceful paradise that was our home for the week was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot during our stay for the recent Songwriters Festival. Just steps from Duval Street, this property puts you within easy walking distance of fantastic coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and everything you need—no car required! The gated property provided a great sense of security, and the home itself was charming and well-equipped. A spacious shared courtyard, complete with tables, chairs, and loungers, made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. While the pool is quite small—perfect for cooling off rather than swimming—it was still a nice touch. One thing to note: the bedroom is located upstairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good to be aware of. Located only a 1/2 block off Duval, we enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything, yet able to get away to our quiet front porch when it came time for relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add a shower caddy in the bathroom to more convenience. Otherwise, the place was clean and well-appointed for a week's stay. ##### Gary S. The unit was exactly as described. Only slight drawback is the lack of parking. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and had to park it 2 blocks away one night. Great spot and place for family. I couldn’t find anything about the parking situation which would’ve been nice to know in advance but it’s also possible that I missed it. Parking in places like key west is always a hassle. Outside of that they location was perfect, the kitchen was fully equipped so we were about to cook several meals there. The wall paint color in the living room was too dark and a lighter color would lighten the feel of the unit. The toilet is way to low to the ground made for a child. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was perfect for us to be able to walk everywhere without needing a car. There is a bike rental store right next door and we rented bikes for a couple days as well. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a musty smell, which other reviewers mentioned. Maybe the air unit filters need to be changed? We really didn’t spend much time inside and when we were at the property, we enjoyed sitting out on the porch for coffee, or utilizing the patio furniture available on the grounds.
