The same square footage as a 2 bedroom. The condo is fully furnished and perfectly located in the Truman Annex, a gated community of private homes and condos within two blocks of Duval Street and Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park (best beach in Key West). This First Floor condo is a part of the Shipyard complex and is located in a very secluded area.
