CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


Poolside Breeze is a nicely decorated two bedroom 1st floor condominium with an excellent location very close to the pool. Poolside Breeze has an extra large floor plan with an extensive private balcony.
Gorgeous new Kitchen renovated in 2018. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding glass doors that open on to the private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard of 1800 Atlantic. There is a full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen and a dining room area that seats 6. Full size washer & dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and for your convenience there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living room. The unit has wireless internet. There are Mexican tiled floors in the living room and hallways with carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the tranquility that this property has to offer.

Minimum length of stay requirement may be in place depending on high/low seasons. For stays shorter than 3 nights please contact the office or email your inquiry.

The unit was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved sitting by the saltwater pool and taking in the view. The location is great. It's far enough away from all the bars and restaurants that you have a very peaceful setting, but also easily walk-able. It's about a 45 minute walk into the main part of town. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice stay outside of the hustle and bustle

We had a very nice stay. The pool overlooking the ocean exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time renting bikes and biking around the island each day. The property itself is a bit dated, but can understand that for the reasonable price. The host was very responsive to any requests we had before and during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Key West. The condo complex is impeccably maintained, with gorgeous sunrise views, plenty of places to lay out, a large pool and hot tub, even a sauna! The unit itself has a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need including a regular coffee pot and a citrus juicer. The property management company was quick to respond when I had a question upon check in. Easy 15 Uber to downtown areas, and ubers went plentiful. Everything ran smoothly, we had a great trip, and we look forward to coming back!

Great rental, but…..

The condo is very spacious, very clean, and was nicely remodeled. Management was awesome! The shower was great, and boy was the water pressure nice. Secure parking. Can’t say enough good things. However, the only reason we would not stay here again are the beds. Please note this is a personal preference. But, I have never slept on a mattress that resembled a slab of concrete. Both rooms, no one in our party had a good nights sleep. If the mattresses are ever updated, please shoot us a message.
