Boating & Private Dock Slip:
We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Dock in our exclusive marina which accommodate boats up to 40’ in length. Maximum one boat per slip.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

How to Access: Stair access only the home is elevated above sea level.

Exceptional property

The house and property was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Gourmet kitchen for great breakfasts to start the day. Grill for cookouts and swimming in the early evenings. Good proximity to downtown key west, but far enough away for quiet time. Would stay again.
