The property sits in a gated compound with a shared pool and a private patio area with a table and grill. This two-story home is able to accommodate dogs under 50lbs. The first floor of the home is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, and a half bath. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. This property is for those who are extremely laid back and want to enjoy all that Key West has to offer including dining out at all the fabulous restaurants or eating take-out by the pool. While the Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop for lite meals, there is no oven or dishwasher at the property. Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. It embodies a clash of the past and the present, and every building (including this rental) in Key West reflects this eclectic ambiance! The home is updated, well-maintained, and the outdoor spaces and amenities, both private and shared, are fantastic. Visitors should know that while the home is listed as dog friendly, the property (containing about 5 rentals) is not, and the manager is gruff (might I say surly) about where my pup Sam could be and when and how and… that was oftentimes unpleasant But you’ll get superior attention from the hospitality team and I bet you’ll have a memorable holiday ##### Melanie T.
