This charming unit has a whimsical nautical feel with the blue and white décor. There are two master suites, one on the second floor featuring a queen bed and one on the third floor which offers 2 twins that can be converted to king on request. This historic 3 level Bostonian style town home is located in the red brick Foundry building in the Truman Annex community. There is a refreshing community pool just across the street. This property also includes one assigned parking space. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from Duval Street and 1/4 mile from Ft Zachary Taylor State Park and beach. Also within walking distance is Mallory Square, known for its breathtaking sunsets and celebration, the Harry Truman Little White House Museum and the beautiful Truman Waterfront park with a splash zone, workout paths and gorgeous views of the harbor.

Great Place!

Loved everything about our stay in Key West Truman 10 including the shower! If I have to say something negative, I guess it would be the master bed. Mattress needs to be replaced.

We had a fantastic time. Great location to beach, downtown, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Thanks for the use of the beach towels (I washed them and put them back in the basket). Just wish there was a Keurig for my morning coffee. Thanks.

Great location but uncomfortable beds and furniture

Loved the location and very nice design. We found the casual seating and beds to be uncomfortable. Beds were too soft and sank in the middle. The sofa had bedroom pillows for the back cushions. Would be more comfortable w actual foam sofa cushions.

Wonderful Location when staying in Key West.

We absolutely loved our condo and location. The condo had everything we needed including a small courtyard which was nice. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but just to let everyone know this is a 3-story condo so be prepared to walk stairs. The only negative I can say is the bed on the 3rd floor is not great but not horrible either. Everything else was perfect. We walked everywhere as you can be in Mallory Square 5 min walk, Duval St. 7-10 min walk, Truman Waterfront Park 5 min. The Truman Annex in itself is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. Compass Reality was very accommodating and extremely easy to deal with as well. I would highly recommend them.

Love Truman Annex

We love the location of Truman Annex. The condo we stayed in has a lot to offer, but it needs some updating. The air conditioner is on its way out. It worked well enough to get us through the week, but it’s going out. I emailed and called about it, but no one responded to either. This is a great condo and I would stay there again. The management company needs to take care of the guests that stay there though. If they say, “please contact us with any concerns,” then they need to address those concerns.

Reviewer Comments: I hesitate to give a review due to the nature of recovering from the pandemic and the fact that they were so busy, but they survey was sent to me a couple of times. The property was not as seen in the pictures. It showed 2 twin beds but was put together as a king and this was a big deal to have switched to 2 twin beds. The biggest problem was it was not very clean, but management made it right for us. Also, we were unable to get a key to the bathroom pool house. We were told it was in the unit, but none of the keys would work. We contacted them several times, but no key for the week. The location is ideal, but I would rather walk/bike farther for something clean.

Reviewer Comments: Front door handle came off and previous guest made same complaint, a granular substance was on bed covers, maid key was in front door on arrival and no maid present, webs/dust in corners at walls (short maid?), ankle deep water in shower in use. Management did great job on pre-arrival info and logistics and returning calls. We have stayed in Foundry before but in much better maintained apartments.

First get away after school ends

I have stayed at Truman Annex many times and the Foundry once before. This was a very clean property and overall it was a lovely stay. Two things, say the pool is not locked. I wasted 2 days of the vacation not visiting the pool because all my info said you needed a key to get into the pool and there was no key in the condo. Turns out you do not need one! Second, please do something about the couch in the living room. There are no back cushions and it becomes quite uncomfortable after a bit. Other than that the condo was great.
