The properties are also located ¼ mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots; pans, towels linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access. This property is a garden level condo and has recently been refreshed! New additions include all new flat screen TVS, linens, and housewares. We had a little problem getting in the front door but the cleaning woman was still around to help. We had no other problems with the front door code entry. The mattresses are saggy and lumpy and we stayed for two weeks. Owner said they were only 3 years old so they must of been a bargain. No topper or padding were offered. Also the bath/shower needs new grout and looks black in places. We had toilet issues and these were addressed. We loved the location and our back deck. Perfect for a family of 4! The condo was clean and looks like the decor was recently updated. The entire community is laid back. We had a great experience our only critique is that the listing shows two twin beds in one of the bedrooms but there were two queens. We have a 12 yr old girl and a 15 yr old boy who had to share a bed the entire week. ##### Dawn B. Having a kitchen, washer & dryer & separate bedrooms was a wonderful addition to our getaway.
