Finding the place was a bit ruff. Had to re-read the text over and over on where it was located exactly. The number 1330 was on the fence gate, but no 1330\_02 on a room door. The grammar was a bit off also. But we still loved it all even after that. I could go on all day about how great this place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The location is the best. Front porch opens up to Simonton St, right across from The Tipsy Rooster. Bonus: they always have a live acoustic set which we LOVED enjoying from our space. It sits next to Ana’s cafe which offers amazing coffee, Cuban’s and groceries. Blocks from the beach and southernmost point. Everything was walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Duval! The room itself had everything we needed. A spacious studio with a kitchenette, huge bed, sofa, TV, bathroom and spacious closet. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels, utensils/ pots and pan, and toiletries provided! We never felt cramped while spending time in the room. There’s access to laundry, a hot tub and a grill through the gate right next to the room. We couldn’t have been happier! It’s a gem that’s hidden in plain sight!
