THE GATED COMMUNITY...

Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater. While you won’t need a car to get around from this exceptional location, the property does include a designated off-street parking space for 1 vehicle.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

GARDEN OF EMMA has an open floor plan, ensuring quality time with your friends and loved ones is a priority. Whether you’re gathering everyone in the living area to watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV or sitting down to dinner together at the kitchen table with seating for 6, being present in the moment will be your focus. Comfortable seating options fill the living room, including a plush sectional sofa that pulls out to a Queen sleeper. A convenient powder room is located just off the living area.

Just beyond the dining area you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances. Cabinets are aplenty, hiding any and every tool the chef of your group may need to prepare their signature dish. The kitchen island doubles as a two-person bistro for those early risers to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Two couples stayed 1 week. Easy to walk to everything. The house was fully stocked. The only issues we had were the pool would not stay heated, which you need as there is not much sun around the pool. And the internet was not working. The property manager addressed these issues quickly. Would stay again

Probably one of my favorite homes in Truman Annex. This house had everything we needed. The private pool was the selling point for us. Everything you need is in walking distance. We will definitely keep this house on my radar for our next trip. The property management was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 experience.
