It had a beautiful balcony with a lovely view and easy access to both the ocean and the pool which was great. The layout for the second bedroom / bathroom is a bit odd but it worked out. I thought they could have provided a few more amenities like little shampoo / conditioner and more than one roll of paper towels. Just seemed kind of skimpy on that kind of stuff. The property management company was great and very easy to work with. We had to reach out for a couple of minor things and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I Key West Beach Club is in a beautiful location, perfect for a quick walk to a couple of different stretches of beach, both ideal for swimming in the shallow, warm waters. Despite this time of year‘s oppressive heat and humidity, it was a beautiful location and very comfortable. Anything we needed as far as basic amenities were there for us in the apartment, and one minor issue that needed attention was reported one day and handled that same day. Could not have been an easier situation. The booking agency laid everything out for us ahead of time and we knew everything we needed to know before we even got there. We rented an electric car to get us back-and-forth from the downtown area and that just added another level of fun to our vacation. Overall it might have been the wrong time of year to vacation there, but where we stayed was perfect. I would definitely return to this location and we had a lot of fun in Key West because the location was so perfect, comfortable, clean and with stunning views! It was perfect it felt like we were the only people that stayed there...we had both pools to ourselves the entire time and no noise from any neighbors. Away from the noise of Duval but a short walk to pristine beaches and a 10-15 mins walk to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean and inviting. The kitchen has everything we needed. We loved drinking coffee each morning on the patio, while watching the waves. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony (our favorite spot to hang out after a long day visiting Duval St). The waterfront view is unparalleled and the pool / tennis court / outdoor grill area was very well kept. You can easily access anywhere in town via bike. Having the bedrooms on two separate floors made it easy for two adult couples to share the house, though the loft bedroom lacks a bit of privacy (glass door). Only negative thing is that the permanent residents on this property to not seem to like guests staying there. We only met 2 of the owners/residents and they were both very very rude.
