We had a wonderful stay. The condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures and has everything you could need. We used the hot tub one evening and the pool one day and that alone was worth it! About ten minutes by Uber to town, and very close to an awesome beach. The check-in process was a little clunky, but admittedly my own fault. They sent the code to get into the lockbox for the keys to the building and garage door opener, but it came about two days before we left and I missed it. You can find information about the apartment in the listing (and it is accurate). The pool and hot-tub in the community center were excellent and there is an on-site beachy area. The unit is located on the mid-south side of the island with Smathers beach on one side and a nature conservancy on the other. It's about a 10 min ride to downtown (by car or bicycle). There are three tennis courts, saunas and bike racks on the premises. The unit is dated, but clean. It would be helpful if there was cooking oil and more spices on site. Some of the fitness equipment (common area first floor) needs maintenance. There is a small bodega nearby for necessities, but real food shopping requires a car or taxi ride. By furnished I'm speaking of utensils, dishes, bake wares etc. The property was in great shape. Easy to locate. Located right on the Atlantic shoreline. Kids loved the pool.
