The property was clean and It was easy to pick up our keys. The restaurant didn’t seem to be opened while we were there but that didn’t bother us. It’s close to a ton of other places to eat. Location is good. It’s away from the busy streets and right on the water but close enough to grab a bike and head down to Duval. There was no housekeeping or trash removal. That was all do it yourself. The furniture was shabby, and on the last night, we found bugs in the bed and a cockroach under the living room sofa. This was overpriced for the value we received.
