Located within Truman Annex, Key West's most exclusive gated community, this home is within walking distance of all that Key West has to offer: restaurants, shopping, attractions, and nightlife. In addition to a prime location, COLORS OF THE KEYS has a layout that optimizes privacy for your group, with each bedroom on its own floor with a private bathroom. This townhome also offers a private outdoor courtyard, off-street parking, and access to a shared pool. We absolutely loved this place! The pictures are completely accurate in showing the beauty and space of the condo, and it is so conveniently located to all you would want to do in Key West. Christian was so easy to work with, and he was available to help us out at any time we needed him. We really appreciated the key lime pie waiting for us in the refridgerator and the drink one/leave one wine selection. We are definitely planning on coming back soon! ##### Anne H. The arrangement was good for us with me, my brother and my niece. The kitchen came with some basics that were appreciated (coffee, sugar, creamer). Check-in was easily and communication was great. Place was super clean, most convenient to Mallory Square, Zackary Taylor Park and, our favorite restaurants. The Key lime pie waiting in the frig on our arrival was Nice touch. In sum a quality operation. He kept us updated on the whole check-in process & contacted us often during our stay to make sure we were all set. The house was clean and had supplies to get us through the first few days. The property is in a great location as well. The beach chairs were a bonus we didn't expect. My family had a fabulous week at this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect…so close to everything and in a nice, quiet, well cared for community. The pool is so very close, and the farmers market on Thursdays is a short walk within the Truman Annex. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The decor of this newly renovated townhome screams relaxation from the moment you walk in. Greg was on point from check in through checkout checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. The grab one replace one wine collection was also a great touch. Perfect location just 3 blocks from the heart of Duval in on direction or the restaurants, shops and water sports in Mallory Square. You really only need a car to get to Smathers Beach which is our favorite or you are walking distance to Ft. Zach beach.
