We needed a space for multiple couples coming down throughout the month and this place was wonderful. The first week was a bit shaky with some device failures, but Theresa and her team were amazingly fast to respond with a new outdoor refrigerator, new pool heater, and hot water heater plumbing repair, door lock battery failure and new pool lounge cushions. The pool area was great and we used it often. The host provided eight beach towels. The kitchens were well equipped. Internet worked well for WFH and tvs were great. We used both the AC and the heating systems. There is plenty of parking for four cars at the property. We used bikes for almost all travel around KW... we could have gotten groceries by bike, but used the car for that. I felt that it had been cleaned well upon arrival, but over the first couple of days found myself scrubbing the electric stove top and cleaning the patio door walls, reattaching chair legs, scrubbing the outside kitchen area and gave the rugs and floors a good vacuuming which came up with a cannister of dust and dirt, so perhaps it could have used a little more cleaning attention.
