Great location. 3-4 min bike ride to everything.
A bit noisy at night d/t busy street. Gate code didn't work half the time. Glad the other one worked! Had a great time. Recommend!!
Very nice. Close to Duval Street and attractions. Pool heater did not work. Had to ask for more toilet paper. No kitchen towels. Both entry door and porch door are very warped so we had trouble closing them. Bed very comfortable, couch sleeper, not so much. I think this unit is better suited for 2 people. Parking space was great. The blue gate was also warped and impossible to open. The white gate opened easily but it never locked.the management people were very responsive each time I called.
Really nice location. We were able to park on-site and walk to everything we needed. It was clean and had that old world Florida feel we were looking for.
Nice and cozy place, wry close to Duval street. Clean and comfortable. The street was a bit busy and noisy in the morning so couldn’t sleep in like we had hoped but besides that it was great! Will go again!
Our favorite place on Key West is the Monkey Bar and Banana Split is within crawling distance (2 blocks). That's why we chose the same location for my birthday week. Glad to see ongoing efforts to replace some of the sagging wood. The balcony felt a little too soft walking on it so we avoided being out there at the same time.
Overall was a nice spot to stay for overnight trip. Was not able to get early check-in. Room is a bit old, bed was kind of soft, sofa bed was not too comfortable and squeaked a bit. Bathroom is inside the bedroom so if you have other guests it is a bit hard for them to access the bathroom without passing through the bedroom. Overall location was great and had one dedicated parking spot. Things are a bit old- but overall worked for our trip.

Great location but...
The location can't be beat but the property is very tired and run down everything including the stairs appeared to be falling apart. The outdoor sitting area was absolutely disgusting and we chose to sit on our little balcony instead. Also, our rental was surface clean but smelled very bad. Even though it's in a great location, we would not stay here again.
My son and I came down for the weekend to celebrate his birthday. The place was exactly as shown online. Had everything needed. We really enjoyed the private balcony area. The pull out sofa worked for a second bed, met the expectations of one. Very quiet and had the communal soaking pool to ourselves.
Location is absolutely perfect, close to the charter fishing, key west ferry depot, grocery store, and all the bars & restaurants. Nothing is more then a 5 min walk. Communication was kind and prompt. The checkin /checkout process was easy. I will definitely stay here again and look at other properties managed by them.

Very noisy and could be cleaner
I can’t recommend this place to anyone. It wasn’t very clean (there was a huge dog bone in the pull out sofa) and it was a very noisy location. There were a lot of motorcycles using Simonton street and they were so loud. If that doesn’t bother you, then the location is very close to Duval street and the seaport area.

The place was fine, although a bit rundown. The only problem was with the wifi and cable which would come and go. The property team did respond quickly and tried to help but nothing could be done. The signal can be erratic on islands, but it was frustrating. The location is a tad noisy but earplugs work. They’re doing some renovating and began working at 8am, so no sleeping in. The funny thing is that upon leaving, they requested (if we were up to it) to assist the cleaning crew. 🤣 Yeah right!
We spent 3 nights in banana split and it was a perfect place to stay. No need for a car, you are near everything. The nights can be noisy because you are so close to Duval street but I would definetly stay again.
