Come inside this bright and sunny retreat that boasts fully renovated baths and kitchen, wood floors, high ceilings, and Dade County Pine walls. \*\*\*PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Step into a generous and bright living area that begs you to stay a while. Tropical sunshine floods this space with promises of paradise perfection as you sink into your plush couch in relaxation. This home has 1 parking spot available for a golf cart however there is plenty of on street parking in the neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily / monthly rates. PETS... Small dogs are considered and a pet fee is required. Please inquire prior to booking or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in the comment. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) CONCIERGE SERVICES...
