We did have several issues- fire alarms going off for no reason, ants in the bathroom downstairs, on the pool deck and near the fire pit, noisy fans and exterior & interior doors that would not open and/or lock properly. The maintenance staff was excellent at and quick to resolve what they could. We still had to deal with ant bites and noisy fans, but everything else was resolved quickly!We loved the location, the layout, the outdoor atea and the appointments in the home. We would stay again IF the ant situation was resolved. Noisy fans are annoying but ant bites are terrible to deal with.
