Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided. All necessary kitchen tools and appliances were available. The TVs did not work during the weekend but were repaired quickly as soon as reported at the first of the week. The icemaker in the fridge did not work during the rental period. At first it appeared clean, but it was obvious that the floors do not get mopped. Walking around inside barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Truman Annex for the last seven years. I travel 3-4 months a year. I carry a iPad with Direct TV software that only works on a HD tv. This is the first time I have ever encountered a TV with low resolution that would not allow my iPad to use the Direct TV software. The wi-fi band width was so slow two people could not be on it at the same time. The condo is beautifully furnished with a great location. The owner need to take care of the previously mentioned issues if I'm to come back next year. ##### Dave C. Riding bikes everywhere including nearby Fort Zach Taylor beach was a highlight. Easy to checkin and out.
