The issues I had was the internet didn't work. I had to use my hotspot for the tv. Also, the pullout bed in the living room is supposed to fill with air but we weren't able to get it to inflate. It was like walking into someone else's home. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and utensils. Beach and reusable grocery bags were provided for our use along with a decent sized cooler. The cabinets were stocked with spices and canned and boxed food that others before had left. The refrigerator was clean. Bath towels, wash cloths, bath rug were provided as well. All the iminities you needed were there already. We only had to buy our refrigerated foods and drinks. All tableware was included. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use with the washer and dryer in the condo. We felt like we were home. The pool was well kept. Our only dislike was that it closed at dusk.
