Our Oceanfront property is truly a gem and provides an unparalleled experience by placing you directly on the shoreline, with nothing between you and the soothing sensation of the ocean. The breathtaking views are visible from every room, and the expansive 90-foot scenic balcony allows you to relish magnificent unobstructed ocean vistas. Imagine starting your day with a captivating sunrise on one end of the balcony and ending it with a mesmerizing sunset on the other.  
  
This oversized 3-bedroom suite offers ample space for you and your guests to enjoy. With a generous 2,200 square feet under air, you'll find ultimate comfort and privacy. Each bedroom boasts its own spectacular ocean view, ensuring that everyone gets to savor this unique experience. The suite is tastefully furnished with one king-size bed, one queen bed, and two single beds that can be combined to make a king upon advance request. Additionally, there are two single roll-away beds and an oversized sectional in the living room, providing extra sleeping options.

The property was just as advertised. Joe, the owner and property manager, was terrific. He genuinely wanted us to have a great time. He was proactive making sure our arrival went smoothly. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The location of the condo within the complex is stellar, overlooking the beach and ocean. We highly recommend it and will stay there again.

#### Oceanside Condo

The property was in a convenient area about mid-island on the south shore. Our balcony was maybe 40 feet from the water's edge. Loved that. The condo was roomy with a southern glass exposure. Each bedroom was ocean front. Parking slot was one floor directly under us. Elevator was 15 feet from our front door. The pool/area where we spent a lot of time was wonderful. Large, heated pool (until April 30). Large 15-person hot tub. Clean restrooms. Sauna. Gym. We were maybe 5 minutes from Duval Street and 5 minutes from Publix and other stores. Smather's Beach was a four-minute walk. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

#### Amazing Views

Absolutely amazing! The view was stunning! Huge wrap around balcony right on the sea! We had front row seats on our balcony for the fireworks on the 4th of July. Joe the property manager was always available anytime we needed him. My family and I will definitely be back. I have found my home away from home in Key West with Joe! I highly recommend this place! Much bigger in person than the pictures. The pictures definitely do not give this place justice.

What makes this great is Joe (the owner). He made it very easy to check in and out. He had lots of recommendations for us and made us feel at home. The complex is great though some of the updates around the different buildings had an impact. The pool area is fabulous. We didnt get to use Smathers beach which is right next to the house due to sargasm seaweed (on us for not looking into this before) The home itself could use some updates but once settled in we made it our own. I would suggest new outdoor furniture. All and all we loved Key West and the location of the house is on the quiter side of the island. We had a car, bikes and golf cart at all different times and everything is close by. Dont hesitate to rent this place, it is a great place. Do your research on the different things that come along with a trip to KW and youll be fine!

The location is perfect. The views from this Condo are fantastic from every bedroom. Waking up with the sunrise and also being able to see the sunset from the same location is breathtaking. Since the apartment has a full Kitchen we cooked a lot instead of going out to eat. Great Pool and Hot tub.

#### Amazing View and Accommodations

This condo is an amazing end unit with oceans views from all bedrooms. It has a wonderful & wide balcony that wraps around the unit with plenty of outdoor seating. It has a quite spacious living/dining area, with a secure underground parking, & well maintained pool area. Joe, the owner, was great to work with. He was in contact before, during, & after our stay. We would definitely recommend this 3 bedroom unit for future stays in Key West!!!

The views from every single room as well as the giant balcony are stunning! Watching the sunrise from the bedrooms or the balcony every morning was a treat! The Unit is also very spacious & the updated kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient access to the pool & hot tub. Joe was a great host to work with and I can't wait to visit again!

#### Fantastic getaway in Key West!

My husband and I were lucky to stay here for a month this fall. You can see the beautiful water and palm trees from EVERY room!! The balcony completely wraps around the unit. Beds and bathrooms are very comfy and the kitchen is well outfitted. The pool, hot tub, and patio area is beautiful and well maintained. The owner was easy to contact, very responsive, and gave us great advice for our stay, such as how to rent bikes and where to find a good gym! I highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

#### Excellent family vacation

We ere trying to go to the Caribbean but with COVID no one would gave us. We settled in the closest domestic spot and are so glad we did. The island is gorgeous and had plenty to see and do for our 10 day stay. Joe was very accommodating of our schedule and has an absolutely beautiful home. Views of the ocean from every room! If you have a large group this is the place for you and Joe is a super host! We will be back, thanks for everything Joe! PS- Dry Tortugas trip is not cheap but is so worth it!! Give our regards to Hollywood if you take the trip!! Also snorkel the moat from north to south for amazing coral and fish!!

#### Beautiful Property

Joe was great and very attentive to all of our questions before the trip and any upon check in. The only reason there were 4 stars rated for the check in process is because the cleaning service had a mix up and were not finished when we arrived to check in. Joe was gracious enough to not only buy us dinner for a night but he made sure we were comfortable after getting into the property. The condo is perfect!!! It’s clean and accommodating with enough space inside and out to bring the whole family. The views are spectacular and the balcony is huge. It wraps around the entire condo and there are windows in every room to see the ocean day and night. I highly recommend this property. As far as the building goes we had no issues at all. Masks were mandated due to COVID-19 and most people on the property abided which helped us feel more comfortable when walking around. Overall great condo and location, would definitely stay again.

#### Amazing Views

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. It suited our needs very well. The views from all the windows was amazing! It is in a very quiet location of the complex. It’s a short distance to Duval Street & other attractions of Key West. We rented bikes & had no problems making the trip multiple times a day. Joe is absolutely the best property manager. He always responds quickly & is happy to help. He checked in with us multiple times during our stay! We would definitely go back & stay at this condo. We would also recommend anyone else to stay here as well!

#### Great Place and Plenty of room. Very Quiet. Host is amazing.

Joe the owner is a great host. Condo was by far the nicest one I've ever stayed in. Beds are comfortable and a lot of space. Great selection of cookware in the kitchen. He had great recommendations for fishing and dining. Would stay here every time I come to Key West. Gated covered parking right below the condo. Balcony is amazing for viewing all angles of the water.
