It is a bit further from Duval than we usually stay, but still walkable to all the fun. The balcony was large and the view of the marina and the bay is great. This condo unit and its facilities were amazing. The location was ideal, we loved being able to sit outside on its large patio and watch fishing boats come in/out everyday. There were a few minor issues (loose sink, light bulb) which the property manager took care of as soon as possible. The view was lovely. There is a firehouse close by but we did not hear the sirens after 10\. One thing I was told after the fact was that the manager and the pest control person came in while we were out for the day. This place was so sweet, with a great view and close to everything; but away from all of the night time noise. Everything was neat and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and watching the sun rise. We even had a TV in each bedroom. We were expecting to walk anywhere we wanted, which would have been very easy. However, right before the trip my daughter broke her foot. Located right next to Truman made It very easy to drive the car anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was a delight to work with and checked in with us via text to make sure all was ok. There are 2 things that we have to mention. Low water pressure in master bathroom & other bathroom, sink and shower.End unit would have been better if the road noise, semi's trucks, dump trucks, motorcycles, etc could be heard even with the doors closed.
