Single family home. (Not a condo.) We welcome kids, pets, partners, friends.
Free off street parking for 2-3 vehicles.
PRIVATE Pool. No neighbors that can look down and see you from their windows. Truely private. Guest controlled heated/chilled heat pump. Salt pool (gentle on skin and eyes).
Very quiet Lane location. Large back yard with private tropical lush garden. Huge 2nd floor private deck off master bedroom. Just 1/2 block away from historic seaport Harbor.
WALK EVERYWERE. So close to everything Key West.
Full Kitchen, every small appliance provided, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV. Tons of outdoor space.
Rates are lower than a motel room.
Minimum rental is 28 nights.
PET FRIENDLY. Fenced back yard. No need to leash and walk your dog several times a day.
Start and end dates can be on any day of the week May-November.
Dec-Apr bookings must stay withing the calendar month. NEW YEARS: You may start your stay on Dec 31 or End on Jan 1, if available. Instant bookings that violate this policy must be modified.)

    The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
    Gather used towels
    Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
    Turn off pool chiller/heater if you turned it on.
    Turn on pool waterfall and lights if your turned them off. Return outdoor furniture back to its original place if you moved them. Clean up any doggie presents in back yard. (Pooper scooper on site.)
    Set A/C to 76 upstairs or turn off. Put trash bin by the road, even if its not trash night. Verify all a/c remotes are in their holders. All tv remotes (2 per room) are returned.
    Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

    Rules

    Smoking allowed out side on the front porch. No smoking on 2nd story balcony.
    Upstairs balcony: Children must be supervised. No jumping off balcony. No climbing on roof. Keep balcony door locked. Keep 2nd floor windows locked.
    Feb – April: Calendar month bookings only. May – December: You may start and end your stay on any day of the month.

    Stayed Month March 2025, clean, comfortable, was as advertised and the pictures are current, great communication from Home Owner, location is awesome, the neighbors were nice too, enjoyed the stay and would stay again without hesitation and would highly recommend.

    House was beautiful. Loved the pool. Easy walk to Duval and shopping. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of bath towels. Private parking space in front of house could accommodate our 22 foot camper van.

    Wonderful home - perfect location

    We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful month at Peacon Lane. The location was ideal—conveniently situated near the marina, local restaurants, and outstanding live music. The pool provided a perfect way to cool off during the day and unwind in the evening. The upper deck offered stunning views of serene sunrises and peaceful, moonlit nights over the treetops.

    Amazing location!!!

    If we could give this house 10 stars we would! This is tucked away on a very private quiet one-way street! The house features its own parking which is hard to come by sometimes in Key West. The location could not be more perfect! You are a few blocks away from Duval Street where the party is and a few blocks away from the wharf where all the boat trips and fishing are. Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants so close! We really enjoyed the seafood market which was only 2 blocks away! It is a VERY CLEAN Pet friendly place with fenced back yard. The pool guy came by every week which has not been the case at other rentals. Kudus to Steve for managing such a tremendously awesome home!!!!

    Perfect Location

    This was a amazing vacation. The neighborhood and neighbors were wonderful. The coffee shop-wine bar at end of street was fantastic with the perfect happy hour. The pool was great & we sat outside every day. The house itself was in the perfect location for walking into town & the marina district. The beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed. Off street parking a plus w/ space for a rented golf cart.

    Key West Review

    This was a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Key West and this house was a big reason why. The house is located on a very quiet street yet just a few minutes’ walk to the marina, bars, restaurants and all the popular sites to visit and tour. We brought our car down and rarely touched it. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for the pool or beach. The pool was a nice size and we used it every day. There was a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We brought our dog and the enclosed back yard was a definite plus. Even the neighbors were pleasant and gave some good tips for where to go and what to see. There was good communication with the owner both before and during the stay. We were made aware in advance if and when anyone would be stopping by to clean the pool or house. All and all we had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!
