It is gated so the amenities are only available to owners and guests. There are three nice swimming pools, but I think the biggest hit for our family was the lagoon which has a sandy beach and some docks to swim to.There is a jetty which has very inviting seating and charcoal barbecues. A walk out to the far end provides a nice view, especially at sunset. The unit itself is lovely with a newly refurbished kitchen. I struggled initially to figure out the lighting and TV’s but that was on me. The place was immaculate. The condo basically had 2 spotless master suites both with comfortable king beds and huge fans that are hard to find. The interior was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings and a tasteful décor that created a warm inviting atmosphere. It has a very large spacious living area that made it comfortable for the 6 of us. We loved standing in the balcony with a glass of wine and more importantly our walks up and down the breath taking jetty. The pool is directly downstairs overlooking the marina. This property far exceeded our expectations. The pickleball courts were new and the lights for night time playing were a big benefit also. I am not one to write a review but I felt obligated to do so in gratitude for an amazing vacation with stunning pictures and beautiful memories. It was a great location with a lot to do. The condo was very clean and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. The private tower pool was amazing! The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to take a morning walk or sit in the evening with drinks to enjoy the sunset and water views. ##### Terry S. Any questions that I had Diana was very responsive and quick to help get us in touch with the harbor master to get a spot for our boat. I will say the outlets in both bathrooms did not work and two people could not blow dry their hair at the same time. Also, the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain as well as the tub in the middle bath Other than that it was such a wonderful home.
