Very nice place, especially for the price. Property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. They even had both regular and memory foam pillows, which was a nice touch. Not super walkable but a short drive to lots of restaurants.

This is a great location if you are looking for a property where you can bring your boat with parking for your trailer. We launched the boat at John pennecamp and had an easy ride to the condo dock. Communication with the host was great. We recommend this property and will be back!

The property exceeded every expectation. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly positioned for stunning waterfront views. Morning coffee overlooking the water and sunset skies glowing pink and gold made it feel like a true Keys escape.The highlight of our trip was kayaking directly from the house to the nearby dolphin facility. At sunset, dolphins swam right past us — being that close to them on the water was unforgettable and felt so uniquely Key Largo.Even without bringing our boat this time, the dock access is incredibly convenient and clearly ideal for boating families. We can already picture how perfect this home will be for our next visit with the kids.The house is spacious yet cozy, thoughtfully laid out, and fully stocked with everything you need. Amazing stay

The entire condo was so clean and decorated well. By far the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. The owner was always checking in to see if we needed anything and even had a an iron delivered to us! The location can’t be beat! We were less than a half mile from our water activities and many restaurants. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Great house, great location

We had such a wonderful time in this perfectly appointed house. It met all our needs and then some. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the boaters. The house was in perfect condition and near some great places to eat. Best Italian food was right out on the Main Street, Overseas Hwy - Cafe Largo. I probably just missed the part about the house being on the 3rd floor but fortunately we were able to do the stairs just fine.

Boat Owners Paradise

Highly recommend the stay! If you're bringing your own boat this is a phenomenal location & facilities! We trailered our 34' Fountain and had no issues on the water (boat slip) or parking the truck & trailer while using the boat. We even loaded the night prior to leaving and were able to park at the house! The house is also spectacular and has everything you need for a weekend or multiple weeks! We can not say enough about this property! We will be returning here for sure! Highly Recommend! A++++++

First time in Key Largo

I stayed here with my family of 5. We planned a somewhat last minute trip through the keys. This was perfect for us. We did not have a boat, but enjoyed staying along the inlets where boaters were docked. The kitchen was well stocked. We even had olive oil and coffee waiting for us! The place was very clean, which is so nice when staying away from home. The location was perfect for us- close to Pennekamp state park, stores, and anything we needed. I recommend bringing your own snorkel gear if you plan to snorkel more than once! The hosts were very communicative and though we didn’t need any help, I knew they were close and available should we need it. I will also note, the unit was quiet :).

Perfect Getaway!

The condominium was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very well appointed, and our host was outstanding; we could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our Key Largo vacation. The location is perfect, in the heart of Key Largo with restaurants and stores close by. Key Largo Fisheries, with the freshest and best seafood, is within walking distance. Across the street, is the Dolphin center where you can swim and interact with dolphins. The condo came with an assigned boat slip that we could see from our balcony. Morning coffee and evening glasses of wine were wonderful from the east facing balcony. Even though we were located at the end of a canal, we saw schools of fish, dolphins and manatees during our stay. If we could give six stars, we would, we loved it! A huge thank you goes out to our host for providing such an exceptional experience!
