This recently built home is equipped with all hurricane impact windows, doors and a metal roof. Also features a 1-car garage that includes a washer/dryer (garage is for storage only. No vehicles). The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds— ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Each room is designed beautifully and has plenty of closet space. With amenities like a washer/dryer, bath/beach towels, clothing iron, hair dryer and AC, you'll have everything you need to create unforgettable memories. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a sleeper sofa for extra sleep space and relaxation. Just steps away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which offers activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, boating, and much more.
