Nice coastal them decor. Loved the multiple living spaces, great for teenagers. Kawama is very pleasant, relaxed club. Plenty to do between tennis, pickleball, pools and kayaking the lagoon (pickleball set at the condo, bring tennis rackets or additional pickleball set for doubles). Nice walks to the jetty for a view of the Atlantic. Various spaces and chairs to sit and relax. Having the bikes was nice, if you want a golf cart call ahead of time to any of the area rentals, they will deliver. This was a comfortable setting to soak up the sun and take advantage of the proximity to many restaurants and nearby boat charters. ##### sarah c. The location was right near both the pool and lagoon. We made use of the kayaks in the lagoon. We also enjoyed the giant tiki hut which was perfect for playing games and spending time together after dark. Easy access in and out of the community and close to great restaurants. The only issues we encountered was the internet and cable had constant issues. And the air conditioner was not constant cooling. Once it shuts off it quickly gets warm. I would highly recommend this property for a long or short stay. Security and privacy of the property was excellent. The unit was well stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen and bathrooms (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. Big TVs in both common areas and all bedrooms. The property/neighborhood was clean and well maintained. Beautiful jetty out to the Atlantic where we fished for hours. The second night the tv and ceiling lights/fan didn’t work. I contacted the property owner and the problem was handled within an hour.
