On site marina with boat launching ramp, trailer storage, transient docks. Water access to well marked Gulf of Mexico, backwater and Atlantic Ocean. Two small beaches on property. Large heated pool, kids pool, playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball. Laundry facility on site. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State park is right next door with Kayak rentals, snorkeling/diving, Huge beach, boat trips and more. The space This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath camper. Bedroom 1- king size bed Bedroom 2- twin bunkbeds Living room has a pull out couch- full size bed You will need to arrive prior to 10 pm on your check in day. The security gate closes at 10 pm and you will need a gate key to get in. Only registered guest (max of 6) will be allowed in the resort. Once you book, we will send you a message for registration throug VRBO that MUST be completed. This is needed to provide a smooth check-in and no registraion charge by the front office. Maximum boat size is 25' x 8.5'. There is a one time ramp fee and a dock can be reserved prior to your arrival. No jet ski/wave runners are allowed on the property. We are a smoke free/pet free home We recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation. Life can throw some unexpected events your way. Security cameras located at front door pointing to drive way and on shed pointing out towards driveway. We went to a wedding in key largo. Stayed here for the weekend. It was ok. The place was nice a little tight. But its a rv. Over pretty clean. No complaints here. Pool was nice also a kidie pool like a foot deep. There's 2 little beach sections in the back. Easy to get everywhere. Publix right there too. ##### william james c. The location was great. The location was great. Close to food shopping (Bike riding distance). Close to Pennycamp. The place was clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good. It is a camper, keep that in mind. If you like big showers and kitchens, this is not a place for you. Don't think you are going to cook a big breakfast or dinner for your family in a timely manner. Just go eat out. We wasted a lot of food. Glad my sister joined us who lives in Florida as we were able to give her all the food we would have thrown away. Campground with no campfires.
