Two units available. Second unit #1306961. This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse is located in the tropical neighborhood of Kawama. This unit underwent a full stem to stern renovation. It has porcelain wood plank tile floors throughout, a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops and marble bathrooms. The unit also received all new furniture including king size beds for both master suites, televisions and decorations during the remodel. No expense has been spared! Kawama is located in the heart of Key Largo just two miles south of John Pennekamp Park. There are near by fishing and dive boat fleets offering both group and private charters as well as many great local eateries offering the best in fresh sea-food and key lime pie. The Theater of the Sea and The Dolphin Research Center are both just miles away and both offer one on one dolphin interaction as well as many educational marine shows and tours. The famous Post Card Inn Resort and Sandbar (formerly known as Holiday Isle) is right down the road as well as the some of the best boating Florida has to offer. The townhouse itself is a newly renovated end unit with a bright and spacious floor plan located right on the saltwater swimming lagoon. The first floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a family room with a 42 inch LED TV decorated with a relaxing 'keys feel'. The second floor features a bright open living room, updated kitchen with all new appliances, one full bathroom and front and rear balconies. The front balcony houses a brand new gas grill while the rear balcony has a screen enclosure and plush outdoor seating. The third floor houses the two master suites both complete with new furniture and private balconies as well as the spacious updated master bath. The feature that really sets this unit apart from the rest is the spacious private wood deck which is a great place for the whole family to gather. The unit also comes with a custom lifted 2006 Club Car golf cart which seats four and is perfect for exploring the grounds or driving out to the point for some fishing or breath taking views of the keys sunset. A beautiful townhouse with plenty of room to spread out. the home was well equipt with Kitchen supplies. Had a great time, If I had to recommend one thing I would suggest the owner supply tennis or pickleball racquets when advertising tennis courts. The property was easy to find and in a gated community. We had no problems entering or exiting when needed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us staying. Our kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the lagoon. We didn't cook any meals in the condo but did notice there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils to do so if we wanted. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was quiet at night, no outside noises keeping you up. The a/c worked great, especially when it was 90+ degrees outside!! ##### Jennifer S. They absolutely loved it! Tons of things for them to do. This place was clean, convenient and great to stay in. The lagoon is right out front where we could kayak, paddle board & snorkel. The pools were okay. It was a good option for the kids to cool off. The golf cart was amazing. We used it often, even to dinner a few times just down the road.This place was comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the lower level for family movies at night. Just some minor things- the toaster needs to be replaced as it only worked if you held the button down. There were ants in the kitchen but didn’t bother us. It just needs to be sprayed as it’s by a lagoon. Lots of towels and had great showers in each bath. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Lindsay R. We had a great time. Place was nice and clean and there was enough room for my big family. My only complaint was it was hard to know where everything was located at the complex. I think a general map would be a great asset to this property as it offers a lot, but we just had to ask several different people about the complex. Overall, we had a great time and I'd stay again. Oh, and for any older people there is a lot of stairs and one small bedroom on the first floor. The other 2 rooms were great sizes but on the 3rd floor. Just a heads up for people who have trouble with stairs. ##### Nicole J. Not much to see or do here.. but the water looks amazing by Islamorada if you’re a boater like we are in central Florida this place looks like “Boaters paradise” The nearest decent beach is actually 30 min away in Islamorada and we paid $90 for a party of 6 to visit a state park. The house was great for 6 people.. we made the best of it, if you plan to cook like we did bring your own kitchen towels/sponge none provided. Check in was easy beds very comfortable.. ##### liz c. The community pools were exceptionally warm and the lagoon was really nice for kayaking and paddleboarding. (Toys supplied by owners were awesome!) The condo itself was spacious and met the needs of my family--2 kids, 2 parents, and my mother (70+). It was missing a few things that we were surprised by--couldnt find a dustpan and the vacuum was not functioning. The golf cart had a flat tire and was unusable the duration of our 4 night stay. I do undersand things happen, but it was disappointing. There were no dishrags or washcloths, but found everything else we expected to find. Communication from the host was efficient, and as expected. Overall, would stay here again. ##### Sara Q.
