The residence sits on over 1/2 acre, open water lot, with endless water views and spectacular sunsets. Manicured lawn, sandy beach, and 40 ft deepwater dock with capability for much larger boats up to 70 foot. Separate garage building for storage. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking to explore the bay. Anglers will enjoy instant access to back country fishing in Everglades National Park, and you can be offshore in the Atlantic in a few short minutes through Adams Cut or Tavernier Creek.
