Our Moon Bay Luxury Condominium unit # B403, 4th floor, is located directly on the scenic Blackwater Sound near Florida Bay with a the best direct waterfront and swimming pool view, as shown in our 1st main advertisement photo . Our buildings have brand new remodeled state of the art elevators! 11-23 Our condo has the original oversized outdoor balcony. The interior of our unit is very comfortable with every convenience of home. All our linens are new and there are plenty of them. Our kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you will need. Our walls are tastefully decorated with nautical memorabilia that will surely make you feel you are in an island get away. We live only a short distance away and strive to keep our unit immaculate, organized, and dust free at all times. We’re always making small improvements whenever we can. For example, Brand New King Size Serta Perfect Sleeper Bed 5-24\. We inspect frequently and make sure everything is in working order. Professionally cleaned only. This insures our home is up to the highest standards you deserve. You will notice the difference. This is not just an investment property. We are sharing with you our home away from home. We are minutes to the open Atlantic Ocean via Adam's Waterway. Everglades National Park, Biscayne and Dry Tortugas National Parks and Big Cypress National Preserve are all in close vacinity and offer unparalled wild life sanctuaries, protecting an incredible diversity of mammals, birds, fish and flora. The waters of Key Largo are teeming with some of the world's most sought after gamefish, making it a mecca for sportfishermen from around the globe. Hire a guide to take you into the tranquil reaches of the backcountry for redfish, snook and trout, for instance. From the big gamefish of the deep sea to the elusive tarpon and bonefish of the backcountry to the tasty grouper and yellowtail snapper of the reef system, Key Largo delivers! Key Largo has everything from fast food drive-thru restaurants to outdoor patios and waterfront fine dining. There are well over 100 restaurants within ten minutes of Moon Bay. As you might expect, there is EXCELLENT fresh seafood here! Several restaurants are accessible by boat featuring their own dock for a unique lunch or evening out. The legendary Caribbean Club where the classic movie Key Largo was filmed, Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, and Marriott Hotel, are within walking distance of our condo. They feature live bands nightly with dancing and pool tables also, great food always served. The Keys have no shortage of souvenir shops along the highway. We also have the largest selection of dive shops you have ever seen. There is a Bealls Outlet in Key Largo and a Walmart and outlet mall 30 minutes north in Florida City. Large shopping malls are within a one hour drive north. Provisioning can be easily done from a number of mini-markets as well as 2 major grocery stores complete with fresh fruits and vegetables, deli, bakery, and beer, wine, and liquor sales. Moon Bay Condominium a gated community with 24 hr security and excellent amenities. Heated Swiming Pool and Toddler pool, Marina, Beach Area, Clubhouse, and Tennis Courts, rackets provided. Excellent Sunset views from Marina and Sun Deck! You’ll enjoy the the lush tropical landscaping. The spacious clubhouse includes saunas and kitchen, TV, and Ping-Pong. The grounds and buildings are all maintained and look great.Our host is a gem, very responsive and quick to resolve the small problem we had. The appliances are all quite new and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare an occasional dinner. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. The unit was as describes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The sunsets are awesome from the Moon Bay pier. The pool is great and the kayak access is so fun! Dealing with Sam was easy and first class. He was so responsive to any question or need we had. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a second. Worst part is having to leave! As advertised, a great spot from which to explore the Upper Keys as well as Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The property was clean, fully functional, and stocked with basic necessities. Winn-Dixie close by for shopping. Kayaked and snorkeled at Pennekamp State Park, snorkeled Biscayne NP, airboat outside Everglades. Good local food readily available. The Moon Bay pool and beach were wonderful to relax in and on. Would have absolutely no qualms about returning to this spot. We had a great holiday. Our condo was lovely. It was clean ,nicely decorated and had every thing we needed . Ate all our meals on our deck, sunshine , rain or wind . Had great shelter and great views . The whole gated community was very clean and well maintained . Had an elevator to our fourth floor condo and carts available to help haul luggage , groceries etc. We could fish off the dock , or join several fishing adventures that were close by. The condo was clean for the most part. The king size bed was comfortable and the sectional was very cozy. We really liked the lanai/patio in the evenings with the ceiling fan. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. However, the utensils are very cheap & mismatched. Could use dish towels and dish cloths that are absorbent. Other towels are mismatched but worked ok. You'll definitely have to use the floor fan to drown out the noise from some of the residents. It was an expensive rental, and I felt like it could be updated. Overall, we liked it. ##### June K.
