You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Key Largo home with new hot tub!

Outdoor Space:
BBQ and outdoor dining/lounge area, fire pit, TV and hot tub

Indoor Space:
Master bedroom with king mattress, guest bedroom #1 with queen mattress, guest bedroom #2 with queen bed, and a sofa bed.
Master bathroom, guest bathroom and full size washer/dryer.
Fully stocked kitchen, including full sized appliances.. Smart TVs included in all bedrooms, and patio area, cable TV in the family/living area.

Common areas:
Basketball/Pickleball/Tennis courts, playground, boat ramp (no dockage), hammock area, pool, laundry are available to all guests. Note the community association may close any one or more areas if repair is needed. No refunds or credit to the reservation will be provided if such areas are not available.

Parking:
1-2 vehicles fit on the property or 1 water vessel/trailer.
Guest parking available in community.


Incidentals:
Property is inspected after every check-out. Guest may be financially responsible for any broken or missing items.
Please advise host immediately if anything needs to be repaired in the home.


**Please do not move furniture around or unplug electrical devices.
**Please do not bring any pets without permission from the host

The Calusa Community has rules and regulations that must be followed by every guest. A list of rules can be requested prior to arrival by calling the association office at 305/451/0232.

*At check-in the community office will request:
- A security deposit of $250 (refunded if there no damages to the community)
-Impact fee of $25 per vessel/trailer
-One time reservation fee of $10
-Additional cars parking pass fee $10
-One time pet fee of $10
-Valid ID of the person on the reservation
-Proof of registration of each vehicle/vessel
-Pet vaccination records

*Note:
-Maximum of 6 people per reservation
-Vehicle and water vessel must fit on your reserved property
- 1 boat/trailer per reservation (max 25ft) or 1-2 Jet skis on 1 trailer
-Boats or jet skis are not permitted on Holiday weekends.

"Highly recommend this lovely home! It was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Would stay here again. Very friendly neighbors and we enjoyed daily walks around the property.

Relaxing Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was a definite perk! There was a lot of little details the host provided to make our stay more comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice place to stay

The property was very nice. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. However, the neighborhood was not represented well in the ad. You will be staying in a gated RV park which was nice, but unexpected.

Quick trip to the Keys!

This was a great spot that had a feel of home. Elizabeth was great at communicating. The house was as advertised and very clean. If you are in the Keys and need a place to stay I would recommend.

Men’s Fishing trip

It was exactly what we needed. The outdoor area was the spot after fishing all day. The grill worked well and the couches were comfy. Even the neighbors were nice.

Fishing and boater’s paradise

The property was fun and had everything we needed, including a gas grill. The washer and dryer and other appliances were new. The neighbors staying nearby were also very friendly. Very good group of people in this small neighborhood. It would be a great place to bring a fishing boat for access to the water as there is a boat launch in the neighborhood.

Great house and community

This is a great house that fit six adults comfortably. The hot tub was a lovely addition that we used several times in our short two-night stay. The nearby marina and pool were great attractions and proved to be great places to watch the sunsets (and manatees!) each day. The location within Key Largo worked great for us, as it was close to several food and activity options. We were a little surprised that the house was within an RV community with a combination of RVs, permanent houses (like this one), and trailers. Everything was clean, safe, and well-run in the area, and with such a friendly community, this turned out to be our favorite place we stayed during our week in the Keys. We would stay here again and appreciate Elizabeth's quick reply when a question came up!

Great weekend
