This property had just enough that someone would need but it’s also lacking a lot of amenities that other hotel facilities have. We were provided a small room that wasn’t clean upon arrival so we were upgraded to a bigger suite.
The suite was nice however, the wall plugs were loose so our chargers kept falling out of the walls. There was no smart tv so we were stuck with old shows or movies. The property also did not have elevators so we had to take the stairs each time we left. Luckily there was someone to help us bring our bags up and down.
This property holds a $300 security deposit so I think the lack of amenities should be improved. Lastly, the valet service takes 20 minutes so we missed a reservation. That fee was over $100.
Again, the property is nice if you don’t need all of the bells and whistles but I do think that there are better places to stay.

The room was super hot, they did check the ac, but it just kind of stayed that way. They did come give me sheets to replace the heavy comforter. I liked the room, but I just felt like they fell short on the customer service. I brought my luggage up to my room, and down, no one was around to help - the housekeeping didn’t come one day, and left me without toilet paper and fresh towels. I feel bad to complain, but I just expected more.
The view was beautiful though, the gym was nice and the food was good! The rooftop lounge was a nice place to have a quick meal, but the overall service of the hotel was leaving me feeling like it wasn’t quite a 4 star hotel. It looks like a 5 star hotel but with 2 star service. I have had better housekeeping and customer service at like a cheap Hilton.
Aesthetically nice place to stay but I wouldn’t expect high level of service.
