KCP #8 is an 2000sqft clean, updated, well-appointed and comfortable and 3bedroom/3bath multi-level townhouse situated within an exclusive, private condominium complex in Key Colony Beach. Key Colony Point offers 31 individually owned upscale units on over 3acres of oceanfront property, as well as a small swimming beach, fishing pier, swimming pool, hot tub, sports court, and two grilling areas. Located on a point with both southern and western shoreline, Key Colony Point is one of the few properties in which you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. KCP #8 is owned by Cindy & Jerry, a friendly family from Minnesota. Their unit has 3 balconies, two are oceanfront and offer huge open water views, on which you can watch the sunset or the boat traffic in the Vaca Cut. There is plenty of room for games and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the gas grill is steps away. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy and all have ensuite bathrooms.
