We loved sitting out on the patio for breakfast each morning and in the evenings for dinner too when we didn't go out. My kids (ages 7, 7, and 12), as well as my husband and I, loved looking for creatures in the canal in the back. We saw different types of fish, jellyfish, a manatee (which was definitely a highlight of our trip!), a shark, pelicans, etc. My 7-year-olds loved looking in the water so much that they barely watched a screen for the entire trip! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5\. The kitchen was nice. FYI, it had a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer were nice too. They also had plenty of bath towels and beach towels, plenty of hangers, etc. It's a duplex, but we didn't have any issues with privacy and it was nice and quiet. It's a great location too: not too close or too far from Key West, close to lots of stuff in Marathon, and also close to Bahia Honda, Islamorada, etc. ##### Julie M.
