Your island vacation starts right here! Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys has everything to offer in the way of island vacations! Sea Isle Condominiums consists of three buildings. This unit is located in building 3 (street side). Our 3rd floor, 2 bedroom unit is your home away from home and comes fully equipped so you can enjoy your vacation with everything you'd need. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bath and a sunset view from the balcony. (Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee too!) There is a twin bed and a full bed in the guest bedroom, another full bath and a spacious living room. There are ceiling fans and televisions in every room. You are just steps to the private beach or to the pool. Laundry is located outside the unit in the hallway (coin operated) and is shared. We have a spacious tiki hut with 2 grills for you to enjoy your dinner all while watching the surf. Please note that there is no elevator on site. There will be a charge of 12.5% Florida State and Tourism/cleaning tax. The cleaning fee is $200. ***Please note-during the high season months (mid Dec to end of April) we only rent from Saturday to Saturday per the rental office requirements.** Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Excellent location safe area!
Nice condo and owners excellent to communicate with. The master suite king bed was very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is amazing!! Everyone was friendly & we had an amazing week. I suggest dinner at the Key Colony Inn it was absolutely delicious!! I wish I had eaten there more than once. Sunset Park is within walking distance and the sunsets AMAZING! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo!
The condo was exceptionally clean and the building is well maintained. The beach is nice and sandy and they cleared the sea grass everyday. The water was shallow and there were fish and rays and mini sharks to see in the waters. There are a couple of restaurants that can be walked to in about 10 mins, but everything is drivable in about 10 mins. We would definitely recommend it!

Great location in Marathon
The grounds of this condo are very well maintained and we loved the quick walk to Sunset Park. Although this unit is on the street side of the property it was still very quiet and not on a main road. It was also only a quick stroll to the beach area where we sat and watched the stars over the water every night. Lots of water and nature activities in the area and my family enjoyed them all. Good and quick communication with the owner to book the unit. If I were to return to the area I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good, we did have an issue with the TV in the living room, it wouldn't turn off even after changing the batteries in both remotes. But we just left it on. Never did figure that out. There could have been more towels, but we managed

Location and amenities are fantastic
Property is in a great location, walking community, enjoyable pool and beach. We have stayed in other units at Sea Isle before, this particular unit is a bit underwhelming. The mattress in the master bedroom is saggy and extremely uncomfortable, the unit smells musty, two of the burners on the stove do not work, and the air conditioner runs 24/7 and it’s very loud and located outside the master bedroom. The kitchen is nice, the overall complex is wonderful.
