  • This all ground level home boasts ease of access inside and out, with an open floor plan and a large, fully equipped kitchen, guests enjoy the comforts of home with refreshing Keys charm. This duplex home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms. Located in Key Colony Beach.

    - Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

    - No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

    - Parking: 3 vehicle max. *No trailer parking at this property

    - Key Colony offers a trailer storage lot on 8th St. ($150 per week*)

    *KCB trailer parking rate is regulated by the City of Key colony and is subject to change.

    We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

    All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

    The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
