Please note that this home has a seven-day rental minimum.
This home does not allow trailer parking on site. The owner has a boat that is kept on the property, which takes up the one allowable trailer on each lot in Key Colony Beach. Guests may park boat trailers on the lot provided by the City of Key Colony Beach for a weekly fee.
Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: The dock is 37-and-a-half feet in length. Trailer cannot be on the property needs to be left on the lot at 8th street with the city of key colony beach with a weekly fee of $100
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A cute and cozy Key Colony Beach getaway! A spacious & updated kitchen, two huge bedrooms with two full bathrooms, blocks away from a beautiful beach, friendly, safe & walkable neighborhood and our favorite part was the deck and view outside! Sunshine & palm trees for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour! This home/neighborhood is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys! We’d definitely stay again!

#### Good place to stay other than the neighbor!
The house was good. Had everything we needed. The only problem we had was sharing the laundry with the permanent resident that lives next door. On our last day there she had the washing machine & dryer filled all day with her stuff and even appeared to be gone so we could not do any laundry all day. She also had a puppy/dog that she let poop right outside her back door that piled up for days it smelled terrible when you'd walk outside. Would no stay again just for those reasons. Not the owners fault though.

We stayed for two weeks and highly recommend 9th Street. The location is wonderful, right on the canal for easy boat access to the Gulf or Atlantic. The place was super clean, updated, and all the supplies necessary. ... plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Inch Beach is literally around the corner. We will definitely be back!!!!

#### Great vacation : definitely recommend
Would love to rent again. Place was super clean, had a nice kitchen, close to beach, pool, restaurants and was in a safe neighborhood right on the canal. Only issue we encountered was getting the code for Inch beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back another time.

#### Relaxing Christmas in the Keys
I rented this house for my parents and me to spend Christmas in the Keys. It was a magical week. I have stayed on Marathon before but not Key colony specifically and loved everything about the neighborhood. We rented bikes and rode from the house to dinner, the beach and to watch the sunset every night. the location is perfectly accessible to charter fishing boars, the beach and many delicious restaurants. The house itself had great immunities and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. We went fishing one day and enjoyed cooking at home numerous nights on the the trip. The kitchen is well stocked. The house sleeps 4 comfortably and has amazing sunrises off the back porch/canal. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a low key relaxing vacation.

We spent 2 weeks here with my parents(6 total) For the size of the home I thought it was well laid out. I appreciated the large kitchen even with no indoor table. Dock was great for our boat and I liked being able to walk to Inch Beach which we really enjoyed. Hardly anyone was ever there. It's small but really quiet compared to the cabana club although that was enjoyable as well.

#### Great fishing trip!
Was perfect for the fishing trip we planned. Also really enjoyed the passes for Inch Beach and Cabana beach club. Saw a bunch of manatees, jelly fish and even caught a few fish off the dock but mostly enjoyed the spot to dock the 24 foot fishing boat we rented from Captain Pip’s. Super comfortable bed in the master bedroom and great assortment of pans, knives and other cookware we used when cooking our fresh catch. Would definitely stay here again!

Docked our boat and had a nice week on the water with great weather. Home was well stocked and enjoyed the new living room furniture and kitchen updates. Vacasa responded quickly to some small issues we had: good company to work with. Walk to pool was pretty long.

#### Perfect Place In Key Colony
This home was a great place for our family. It is situated in the middle of Key Colony so you can walk to everything. The home looks identical to the pictures. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation homes we've ever had. We loved the side breezeway and spent lots of time at that table. The neighbors are friendly. Very simple check-in and-out instructions. We got excellent communication regarding the stay and amenities. The only negatives were in the master bedroom. The shower has a very slow drain so you end up standing in ankle deep water and the bed has a foam mattress that was not very firm anymore so you sunk into a hole while trying to sleep. However, these two things did not ruin our stay. We still had a wonderful trip and would definitely rent this unit again!

#### Perfect home on the water
We had a perfect vacation at this home. So clean inside and out, neighbors were lovely and even cooked us a home cooked meal one night (complete with Key Lime Pie!). Key Colony beach community was cute, welcoming and had every amenity we could ever need. Come stay here ASAP, sit on the back porch and forget your problems!

Home was extremely clean and plenty of room, deck was wonderful and dock for boat was in great condition! Bait freezer available was nice. Check in was super easy, and property management was quick to provide needed items once we were able to get ahold of them - would rather have had a phone number for direct contact with property manager. Wasn’t thrilled with having to share a washer/dryer with a full time resident next door - had to work around her schedule many times. Neighbor was very nice however - her dog and kids didn’t seem to have boundaries and were running through our deck area multiple times. Overall - the house itself was great and very comfortable. Hopefully the neighbor issue will be resolved - as we would love to rent this unit again.

Key Colony Beachis a very cute community. Condo was very clean and comfy for the 4 of us. Nice restaurant in the neighborhood. Sunset park is a must. Cabana club was very nice. We did a lot of local activities (fishing, jet ski tour, Sea Turtle Hospital). Great week of weather!!

My family and I had the best time in this Key Colony home. It is stocked with everything you need. We saw manatees, fish and a sting rays in the canal just outside. Our only complaint is that we didn't bring our boat. We will definitely be back!
