Please Note: The boat lift can accommodate boats up to 2,600 lbs and a maximum length of 19 feet. Due to the canopy, the lift is limited to boats with a clearance of 5–6 feet above the water. A bow rider or fishing boat will fit comfortably, but larger boats—such as wakeboard boats—will need to tie up alongside the 40-foot dock instead.

Perfect!
This property and my family’s stay exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed for a worry free stay. The house was clean and cozy! The golf cart added an easy way to get down the small hill. We would love to come back and would 100% recommend this stay!

Whole place was clean and well organized with all the basic needs in the kitchen, pots pans , silverware, propane grille on the deck with utensils. Dishwasher available for us and full size fridge and freezer stocked with ice The property manager was very communicative and answered all questions promptly regarding the property and check in. Would have liked to check in earlier, but was not afforded that opportunity, but did not affect the property on the whole.If ever I am to be doing another top to Keuka will definitely keep this place in mind!
