This charming lakeside vacation home is perfectly nestled into a hillside, offering 200 feet of natural Keuka Lake frontage and plenty of space for your family, friends, and even your furry companions to relax and recharge.  
  
Inside, you'll find original wood floors throughout the entry-level living area, with a cozy bay window nook that's perfect for curling up with a book while soaking in peaceful lake views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, and the adjacent dining area centers around a beautiful stone fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space to gather for dinner or game nights.  
  
This spacious vacation home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with four bedrooms spread across the upper and lower levels. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer a mix of lake and garden views with cozy bedding and thoughtful decor. The lower level includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, ideal for families or multi-generational groups seeking a little extra privacy.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the large balcony overlooking the lake, a great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching stunning sunsets. The lower patio is perfect for laid-back afternoons or evening chats. And the best part? The private shale beach and dock offer direct access to Keuka Lake, where you can swim, sunbathe, fish, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the water.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1\. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.   
2\. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.   
3\. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.  
4\. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.  
5\. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.  
6\. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.  
7\. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.  
8\. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
