"It was a great view of the lake - a cozy little place on Keuka Lake. It did have a lot of modern amenities. A lot of refurbishing has been done. The stairs to the place can be treacherous for an elderly family member--be aware - also parking will be on a busy street and is limited for a couple of cars. The neighbor is also not very nice and will let you know anything you are doing wrong."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and very functional, with a great location and beautiful views. We especially loved spending our mornings and evenings on the outdoor patio. One thing to note is that while the listing indicates the house has A/C, one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property."

"Wonderful panoramic view of the lake from the living room and deck. Clean, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet and only a mile to hammondsport. Appreciated the air conditioning, but because of it there are no screens on windows/doors so you can’t have open windows. No ladder or way to get in the water which was a bummer. Great for shorter stays- for longer stays would have liked laundry, more kitchen pots/pans etc and garbage pickup."
