Although the property was clean, there were little to no ammenities. There was a place to hang clothes, but no hangers, there was "do not disturb" signs for the door. There was no hand towels and when I asked about this I was told what I saw was what I got. There was no hair dryer and very minimal toiletries, shampoo but no conditioner. Because I had dogs I thought they would put me on the bottom floor and when they didn't and I asked for a bottom floor room, I was told by the same person that they could not do this, I had to go through Expedia again and change my reservation.
Places for dog relief were satisfactory.
Needless to say I will not be using their facility again.
