The incredible views and central location cannot be overstated! Warm up next to the rock fireplace and look out of the floor to ceiling windows surrounding it to watch skiers on Bald and Dollar Mountains. The kitchen and laundry areas have brand new appliances and were recently renovated. The kitchen and main area floors are in the winter! The kitchen is complete and equipped with cookware, dishware, utensils and basic supplies. Linens are provided (bedding and towels). There is a clothes washer and dryer at the home.. The first master bedroom has a king bed and a new shower in the bathroom. A second room contains two twin beds and a third has one twin and one queen bed. With a separate entrance downstairs, there is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower and kitchenette. An additional common bathroom contains a tub/shower combination. The private hot tub sits just steps outside the back door and looks upon Bald Mountain and up to the amazing central Idaho skies. High-speed wireless internet access is available at the house - just bring your laptop or other devices. Sun Valley Lodge amenity access is included with house rental. We are currently able to provide up to 5 (transferrable) Sun Valley Resort Recreation passes for the duration of your stay. These passes permit groups of 5 guests (at a time) to use the Sun Valley Inn heated pool and the Olympic and lap pools (in summer). The passes also provide other discounts on Lodge activities (golfing at Lodge hotel rates, and a 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stables). PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There is 'bed space' for nine people and a maximum occupancy of nine guests in the home. Thank you for your understanding. The house fit 7 of us with plenty of space. New kitchen, impeccably clean. Beautiful views of Baldy. The pictures don't do the place justice. Easy drive to River Run, Warm Springs or Dollar in the winter (or free bus steps away). Penny Hill, the prime sledding spot in town is literally in the back yard. In the summer it's right on the bike path and an easy walk to the resort or town. Scott was great to interact with. We hope to be able to book it again the next time we're in town. ##### Matthew S. Its location is ideal to accessing everything, and the views from the main room are 180 degrees of astonishing beauty. Upon arrival, we all went sledding right out the back of the property on Sun Valley's premier sledding hill. We walked 1 block to catch the bus to Warm Springs, or River Run ski bases. Another day, we headed out with snowshoes to explore the Valley View trails to the north. All of this without ever having to use our car. Konditerei bakery and the Sun Valley Lodge are also within walking distance. The home's layout is ideal--a giant kitchen, dining and great room make it easy for everyone to hang out together. Bedrooms are just down a hall if someone needs quiet time. Decor is simple, old school Sun Valley charm, but comfortable with all the modern amenities and kitchen appliances, bathrooms and technology. You can store skis and gear in the garage, and put your teenager or in laws in the little apartment suite below. Sun Valley is a special place with very smart zoning, so views are only of beautiful hillsides, and this house is located in one of those special spots with boundless views. We'd rent again, winter or summer, and take advantage of the pool access, which we didn't get to do while in Sun Valley this time--another reason to return in the summer. ##### Gilia A.
