Living is comfortable, beds are comfortable, a variety of pillows (very important to me - not sure how you can sleep without comfortable pillows). Kitchen is updated. We were in unit 15 which is close to the hot tub, close to the open field and the path to the river and the ski resort and trails. Also very close to the Wood River Trail, a walking and biking paved trail. We met the owner - Alan is in his 80s and still doing routine maintenance on the property! We walked our dog the 100 or so yards to the river each morning and afternoon and my husband and I walked to dinner in Ketchum each evening. Honestly, our unit was exceeded expectations.
