This condo is just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum. On the main level, you will find the living area with a twin futon, a gas fireplace, and 43 inch flat-screen TV with streaming and cable. Off this area is a deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture with seating for five. There is a fully stocked kitchen with 3 bar stools at the countertop, and the dining area table seats up to 6\. There is a half bath with a shower only that is also located on this level. On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms and a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and A 39-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a walk-in closet, and access to a small deck with a bistro table and two chairs. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. Summer guests can enjoy the deck and yard and can access outdoor furniture, yoga mats, a hose for rinsing bikes and gear, a corn hole game, a cooler, and camp chairs. A shed on the back deck is also available for secure storage of your outdoor gear. This condo does not have A/C. Complex Features: The Andora Villa condominiums are located near downtown Ketchum. This quiet villa overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum, and approximately 1/2 mile from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up near the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. This place was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable and cute décor. Plenty of towels and blankets. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ketchum. Directions for check in and check out were clear and accurate. Kitchen fully loaded with everything you need. We really loved staying in this place and look forward to returning on a yearly basis. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Perfect for 2 couples attending a long wedding weekend in Ketchum. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and close to beautiful trails. Had all of the kitchen items we needed to cook meals as well. Definitely recommend staying here. The fire place was such a cozy feature as well. ##### Ashley A. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very cozy, quiet and in a fantastic location. It's less than a 1 mile walk to the base lodge at Bald Mountain and walking distance to town. There is a shuttle bus stop directly out front on Main street if preferred, we chose to walk. The unit is an end unit and the unit and complex was very quiet while we were there. The unit was very clean, the furnishings are all very nice and the beds were very comfortable. ##### Kerry K.
