Take a stroll around Derwentwater situated just 1 mile from the front door, or enjoy a leisurely cruise, hopping and on and off to visit the various attractions that surround the lake. Head north to take on the mighty Skiddaw mountain, 6 miles away, or head underground to explore the Honister Slate Mine, 10 miles away. Or for more shops and amenities visit nearby Cockermouth or Penrith, 14 and 17 miles away.


    This single-level accommodation is homely and accessible. With uninterrupted views over the Keswick rooftops towards Carl Side and the Coledale Horseshoe Fells, the kitchen offers a delightful space in which to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.     Steps lead from the front door down into the west-facing garden, offering a spectacular vantage point from which to view daily sunsets. A garage provides plenty of space for storing bikes, canoes and luggage.
