"Room very clean and well presented. Bed and pillows soft. My two night stay was very quiet and enjoyable.
Staff were very friendly and conscientious, but not annoyling so.
Food and drink, plus the service was excellent.
Gym is modern with a pleasant environment and i happeend to be the only one to use it during my stay- it still had that new gym smell to it.
Parking on the road is fine and loads of spaces.
Within walking distance of the beach if thats what you are after.
Overal, a good base for business or holidaymakers alike.
I've struggled to find a hotel in Great Yarmouth that i like, but this place will certainty be my regular when i mext return for work."
"A most disappointing stat
Although the front facing staff were kind and accommodating, there seemed to be a disconnect between them and management.
The shower was lovely
But The pillows were very uncomfortable
There was only tea in the room - no provision for coffee or anything else on either day
Very few Power points!
The cooked Breakfast was cold and there was not enough milk provided for cereal.

"A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would happily stay here again."
